What if I need something done outside the scope of my plan?

If what you need doing is outside the scope of your support plan, just email we'll discuss your needs and I'll send you a customised quote.

Can I cancel my plan at anytime?

Yes! I want to be able to support your business, charity or organisition in achieveing its goals. Having a website support plan allows me to keep in touch and continue working alongside you. However, as a small business myself, I understand that it can be difficult to keep expenses down. That's exactly why you're free to leave at any point. Just send a cancellation email to You'll continue recieving support until the date your next payment was due.

My website wasn't built by Noah Lovell, can I still get a support plan?

Although the Support Plan was designed for sites built or redesigned by me, I welcome new clients who are looking for a long term relationship with dedicated support. Websites that I build or redesign are made with WIX. Unfortunately, I will be unable to provide support for sites built on another platform. If your site is built with WIX, send an email to and I'll see what I can do for you. If your site is not built with WIX and you still wish to purchase a support plan, get in touch. I'll redesign your site to achieve your goals as a business, charity or organisation. Let's make it happen.

What tasks are included in my Support Plan?

This includes updating site content such as uploading a new document or changing imagery. It also includes small design changes - for example, adding a new text box or altering a form. Anything that doesn't fit into 'small design change' isn't included in your Support Plan. If you are looking for a new feature, this will likely result in a new quote.

How long does it take for a change to take place on my site?

Once I've recieved your email, I'll either go ahead and make the relevant changes for you, or contact you to find out more. Once I have all the information I need, I aim to make changes to your site the same day. Please be aware that I aim to respond to all messages and make site changes as quickly as possible, however there may be delays if I am in a meeting, or there is high demand.
